Mathematical Olympiads
Olympiads are held all around the world, in all languages.
We will be preparing students for 2 of them:
• Olympiades académiques et internationales de mathématiques:
Pour les élèves de Première S, à priori, les olympiades académiques sont les premières sélections vers les olympiades internationales de mathématiques.
Les olympiades internationales se déroulent pendant 2 semaines, chaque année dans un pays différent, et regroupent les meilleurs compétiteurs de chaque pays. Ils “s’affronteront” sur des sujets traduits dans toutes les langues des participants.
Un événement rare.
• Singaporean mathematical olympiads:
These olympiads are organized by the Singaporean Mathematical Society, each year.
They are supposed to promote mathematics among singaporean students in Singapore
