Singaporean Mathematical Olympiads.

The Singaporean Mathematical Olympiads are peculiar, interesting and difficult.

Three sections: junior(14-15 years old), senior (16-17 years old) or open (all students secondary or pre-university), only for students from secondary school or equivalent.
There are two rounds, the second reserved for the best of the first round.

The students need to have a large knowledge of mathematics, to possess efficiently technics and culture as curiosity.

The papers are a bit staggered with the syllabus of our french school, in relation with the sections of the olympiads.

Nevertheless, the students of the lfs still can answer to many questions of the papers.
They also can benefit an hour training per week.

It is still a good experience for the students to face such an interesting challenge.

You can find some wordings and some solutions in the related pages of this site.

Have fun.
